This Privacy Policy explains how Formetry LLC collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use Nora — our studio booking and class-credit platform at findnora.com and its applications (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

The Service is provided by Formetry LLC, the data controller for personal information processed through Nora. You can reach us at support@findnora.com or by mail at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

2. Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and (where you sign in with Google) your Google account profile and photo.
• Studio & booking data — the studio you belong to, your bookings, class-credit balance, and transaction history.
• Payment information — when you buy class credits, payment is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We receive confirmation and limited details (such as the last four digits and card brand); we never receive or store your full card number.
• Usage & device data — log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used to operate and secure the Service.
• Communications — messages you send us, including support requests.

3. How we use your information

• To provide the Service — authenticate you, show availability, process bookings, and maintain your class-credit balance.
• To process payments for class credits and keep an accurate, auditable ledger.
• To communicate with you about bookings, receipts, changes, and support.
• To secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
• To improve the Service and understand how it is used.

4. How payments are handled

Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and handled under Stripe’s own privacy policy. We use Stripe to charge for class credits and, where applicable, to pay out funds to studios. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Service:

• Your studio — the studio you book with can see your bookings and class-credit activity, so it can manage sessions and reconcile credits.
• Service providers — such as Stripe (payments) and Google Firebase (hosting, authentication, and database), who process data on our behalf under contract.
• Legal & safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Formetry LLC, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations (including tax and accounting), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account as described below.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and audited infrastructure (Google Firebase) — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@findnora.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

9. International users

The Service is operated from, and data may be processed in, the United States and other countries where our providers operate. By using the Service you consent to processing in these locations, which may have data-protection laws different from those in your country.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Policy.
