Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nora — the studio booking and class-credit platform at findnora.com and its applications (the “Service”), operated by Formetry LLC (“Formetry,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Nora is software that lets wellness and Pilates studios manage equipment availability and lets instructors reserve equipment time using prepaid class credits. Formetry provides the software platform; the studios you book with provide the classes, equipment, and physical facilities. Formetry is not a party to the arrangement between you and your studio for in-person services.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly at support@findnora.com of any unauthorized use.

3. Class credits & payments

• Purchases. Class credits are purchased through the Service and used to reserve equipment time. Prices, pack sizes, and credit costs are set by your studio and shown before purchase.
• Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe’s terms in addition to these Terms. We do not store your full card number.
• Prepaid & non-transferable. Credits have no cash value, are tied to your account and studio, and may not be transferred or resold unless we state otherwise.
• Taxes. Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required.

4. Bookings, cancellations & refunds

When you reserve a slot, the corresponding credits are deducted from your balance. Cancellation windows and whether a cancellation returns your credits are set by your studio and shown in the Service at the time of booking. Refunds and credit reversals are handled according to your studio’s policy; for billing questions, contact us at support@findnora.com.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or in violation of these Terms.
• Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service except as permitted by law.
• Book, hold, or resell slots in bad faith, or misuse credits to the detriment of a studio or other users.
• Upload malicious code or use the Service to infringe others’ rights.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and the Nora name and marks, is owned by Formetry LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Stripe (payments) and Google Firebase (hosting, authentication, and data). Your use of those features may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any studio will provide the classes or equipment you book.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formetry LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for class credits in the twelve months before the claim, or US$100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Formetry LLC from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users. On termination, the rights granted to you end; sections that by their nature should survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

12. Changes to the Service & Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. For material changes to the Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date and provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes will be the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
